Honeypot
A trap channel no real member has a reason to post in. Anything sent there gets the sender kicked and their recent messages purged.

Overview
Honeypot designates a channel real members never post in. Anyone who does (other than the owner, admins, or exempt roles/members you configure) is kicked immediately and has their recent messages purged server-wide. It is built to catch spam bots crawling every channel.
The channel's name can rotate automatically every couple of days, making it harder for a bot to learn and avoid it ahead of time.
Setup
- 1
Create or pick a channel
Choose an existing low-traffic channel, or create a new one, to act as the trap.
- 2
Point Honeypot at it
Select the channel from Moderation > Honeypot in the dashboard.
- 3
Exempt trusted roles/members (optional)
Owner, admins, and Manage Server holders are always exempt automatically; add any other roles or members who might legitimately post there.
- 4
Enable channel name rotation (optional)
Turn on periodic renaming so the trap is harder to identify and avoid ahead of time.
