Automations
Build custom trigger → conditions → actions rules that run automatically on server events or a schedule.

Overview
Automations is a no-code rule builder: pick a trigger (a message sent, a member joining or leaving, a role change, a reaction, a ban, or a schedule), add optional conditions to narrow when it fires, and chain one or more actions, such as sending a message, adding or removing a role, kicking, banning, or timing out.
This is the most flexible module in the dashboard, built for the automations other modules don't cover out of the box, from welcome-adjacent role grants to scheduled announcements.
Setup
- 1
Open Automations
Navigate to Server Management > Automations in the dashboard.
- 2
Create a rule
Pick a trigger (a server event or a schedule) to start a new automation.
- 3
Add conditions (optional)
Narrow when the rule fires, e.g. only for a specific role or channel.
- 4
Chain actions
Add one or more actions the rule performs when it fires, in order.
- 5
Test and enable
Review the rule, then turn it on. It runs automatically from then on.
