Ban Appeals
A public appeal form for banned members, plus a staff review queue to approve or deny each submission.

Overview
Ban Appeals gives banned members a way to request reinstatement through a customizable public form, instead of relying on DMs or alt accounts to reach staff.
The form builder supports short text, long text, select-menu, and checkbox fields, and can require the member to supply their ban ID or confirm they've read the rules before submitting.
Every submission lands in a staff review queue where moderators can approve or deny it with an internal note, and a cooldown prevents the same member from spamming repeat appeals.
Setup
- 1
Enable Ban Appeals
Toggle the module on from Overview or the Ban Appeals page.
- 2
Customize the appeal form
Edit the form title, description, and fields: add, remove, or reorder short text, long text, select, and checkbox questions, and mark any as required.
- 3
Set submission rules
Decide whether a ban ID is required, set a cooldown between appeal submissions from the same member, and choose whether repeat offenders are auto-denied.
- 4
Write a confirmation message
Customize the message shown to a member immediately after they submit an appeal.
- 5
Review submissions
Work the review queue from the dashboard, approving or denying each appeal with an internal note for your team's records.
