Every module, including moderation, automod, leveling, tickets, welcome, and reaction roles, is free forever. Paid plans are per server and optional, bought and managed from your server's dashboard.

Is there a free trial for Pro?
The Free tier isn't a trial, it's free forever. It includes every module (moderation, automod, leveling, tickets, welcome, reaction roles and the rest), with no time limit and no card required. Pro is an optional per-server upgrade you can buy anytime from your server's dashboard.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your server's Billing page in the dashboard (via the Stripe billing portal). You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, then the server drops back to Free.
Does Pro apply per server or across my whole account?
Per server. Pro is priced per Discord server, so each server you manage would subscribe individually, so you only pay for the communities that actually want the extra polish.
What happens to my Pro customizations if I downgrade?
Your existing customizations are kept. Nothing gets deleted. Going forward you'll be limited to the Free tier's caps for creating new ones, so if you're over a Free limit (extra rank card styles, for example) you can keep what you already made but won't be able to add more until you're back within the limit or resubscribe.
What counts toward the limits in the comparison table?
Only the list-based features shown above, such as ticket panels, reaction role panels, and rank card styles. Core moderation, automod, leveling, and the rest of the toolset are unrestricted on every plan.
