Counting
A member-run counting channel, with configurable rules, penalties, and milestone callouts.

Overview
Counting turns a channel into a community game: members take turns posting the next number in sequence. Break a rule, post out of turn, post the wrong number, or post twice in a row, and a configurable penalty applies, from a simple message deletion up to a timeout.
Milestone numbers (every 100, for example) can get their own callout to celebrate the server's progress.
